For decades, I was a classically trained singer and stage actor by night, and a technical support manager by day. 

Whether it was selling my character’s motives through song, or gently explaining to your grandmother why her neighbor’s WIFI was affecting her Bake-Off binging, my extensive study of (7) languages, diction, and anatomy (especially of the voice) and all-around tech-geekery, have led me to specialize in both over-the-top character work on one end of the spectrum, and a neighborly tech-savvy explainer on the other.
